AG youth, along with their parents and leaders, come from across the United States to gather for the National Youth Convention and Fine Arts Festival. This is your opportunity to reach potentially 10,000 youth and 4,000 adults with your product, service, or ministry. All exhibitors must be approved by the Executive Leadership Team of the Assemblies of God. Please review the Policies and Procedures below before completing and signing the Exhibitor Application Form. The Exhibit Diagram will be updated frequently.
*All individual 10'X10' booth spaces include 8' high pipe/drape backdrop and 3' high matching pipe/drape side dividers, and one 7"X44" identification sign. All 20'X20' booth spaces (including islands) included one 7"X44" identification sign. Booths are first-come, first-serviced, and all final assignments are made by NYM.
**Each Sponsorship is available first-come, first-served. There is only one of each Sponsorship available.
***Volunteers provided to NYM are understood to be present at the event solely for NYM use. They may not double as booth attendant. Housing, daily lunch, and a cash per diem for dinner is given to each volunteer.
